Key Responsibilities
- Guide home buyers through eligibility and documentation
 - Coordinate between buyers, builders and bankers for smooth processing
 - Drive conversions against monthly targets
 - Maintain pipeline, status updates and customer follow-ups
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Finance/Marketing or related
 - 2–5 years in Real Estate / Housing Finance / Sales (preferred)
 - Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
 - Ability to explain finance concepts simply; self-motivated and independent
